Why can't I replace champs in legendary incursion?

Iam play threat level 5 and in zone 4 there is swap node but whenever I try to swap I go back to again the swap node.this is looping.

    You can’t swap in a champ you already used in that run. There is a yellow banner at the top of the forum explaining that. There have been a lot of those lately though so it’s easy to miss if you think it’s one of the older ones:

    I get this bug even though I haven't swapped a champion even once
