Still Broken after maintenance.

So after the maintenance we still have major lagging issues, inconsistent speeds of the players (attackers and defenders both), actions not responding to touch screens (attackers just standing there not responding), debuffs not being applied until the second, third or fourth time, and debuffs labeled on the screen but the debuff doesn't actually process. Oh and can someone tell us what was done and actually completed during this 8 hr maintenance that took place, cause I still haven't seen and explanation of what was addressed in the forums.

My game just froze up and locked up my phone so I had to restart my phone to be able to use it again.
