Who to rank 4?

It's my first rank 4 and I'm pushing through act 7, right now I'm on 7.2.1.
Everyone from Colossus up is rank 3.

Out of those I'd say Ultron will help you the most especially through story content

Ultron would be a good option as well but I personally think Colossus is more useful content for content.

Tbh you can’t really go wrong with any of them.

If you can get him to sig 200 even better, best option for Superior Kang by far.
