Why do we lose points in war rating!

Like the title says we lost the last war and lost points of pur war rating. Thought this is off season?

    We had the same thing happen to us as well. After 4 back and forth with kabam support they replied.

    We have been made aware of a possible issue with Alliance War Rating not being locked even if it is Off-Season, and we are investigating. Any details of a confirmed bug could be announced on our forums, included in update notes on our blog, and delivered to your in-game mail, making those great resources to regularly check. Because such a possible bug could affect many players, any compensation would be given to all affected players via in-game methods like the mail system.

    And I have yet to see anything mentioned anywhere by kabam.
