5* Gambit Relic

I’ve upgraded my 5* gambit relic to r3, which as far as know is supposed to increase the bonus granted by the different slots on the relic. The relic grants the same amount of crit at r1 that it does at r3. Which is “up to 1600 bonus crit on specials if it is not already higher”. Can anybody explain this to me? All of the relics I’ve upgraded have had a stat boost on the slots when the relic is ranked and leveled up, if the gambit relic is an outlier in the way it works it needs to be stated

This is how upgrading an ability slot on a relic is explained via Kabam. So unless you have information that shows why this would not be the case with ONLY the Gambit relic, you don’t need to waste you’re time commenting.

Instead of being a d**khead when someone is trying to help you how about you listen and maybe do your own research. This topic has been talked about to death and there are numerous threads on the forum you could have read instead of making a new one on it. I went out of my way to give you the TLDR of it all to save you the trouble

The scaling was not broken and fixed, what was fixed was that originally the 4, 5 and 6* relic all provided the same amount of crit. That is what was broken and was fixed; and just because they fixed that issue does not mean that the gambit relic should no longer scale when leveled up.

The ranking and leveling up of the gambit relic not improving the strength of it’s own ability slot directly refutes Kabam’s own explanation on how relics work. I’m not looking for some other summoner to come tell me “we’ll that’s just the way it is”. I’m looking for a coherent explanation from Kabam addressing how and why their game does not function as outlined.

I've got the same issue with my 6* gambit relic. Ranked him and leveled up the slot, but still no change on the crit rating. So what is the point of all the resources I spent on him? Is this a bug?

Edit: Nevermind, just found out it is supposed to be like this. Didn't realize I had to run background checks on things I rank up in this game. Learned that lesson the hard way lmao.

It's been almost 2 months. Can I please stop crying now? I've been extremely dehydrated and still don't understand how you read my message and thought i told you nothing about the situation lol i gave you the TLDR of a bunch of threads. Do your own research once in a while yeah?
