In-game mailbox will not let me claim aw rewards from a few wars ago.

When I click claim, it just resets the email and nothing happens. I don’t know if I received the rewards. And more annoyingly, the notification won’t go away. Continues to say I have 3 unread emails. It won’t let me delete the mail either.

    Have you tried to claim them through your overflow instead?

    Yeah, they are not in there either. We’ve had war rewards since then and I’ve been able to claim them without a problem. For some reason it’s just the rewards on 8/8

    Most likely, you actually have claimed them already. But the mail acts like you haven’t and is still showing it to you.
    Happens occasionally for some reason, but you did claim them already which is why they don’t appear in Stash.
