Which 5 star heroes (unduped) should I upg for Act 5?

I recently started working on act 5. Need suggestion on which of these 5 star heroes would help well.

Kingpin should probably be at the top of your list for further growth - he's amazing.
Hyperion and Venom are also both amazing champs - Venom is a bit more situational than Hype (anti-spidey-squad)
Symbiote Supreme is a solid mystic, provided you're facing someone with buffs
Gamora is great after her buff, solid damage and can ignore MISS mechanics if you can keep her buff count >10


Looking at your 4* (keep in mind that they're effectively useless once you move into Act 6)
Hercules, Nick Fury, Archangel, and Quake - an amazing set who can still help you throughout Act 5.
Scarlet Witch can still do great stuff if you can get her awakened and sig level max

What Pantherus said. Also, definitely rank, awaken, and sig up that Hercules to cheese tf out of the collector and ultron because you might as well tbh lol
