Vanishing AW Compensation

The mail with keys and loyalty just disappeared! The other one was still there. Anyone else face this issue?
I did write to support but they are asking me for screenshots of the mail before it disappeared and now. The thing is, I didn't realize the mail was going to vanish into thin air so didn't take any screenshots.
P.s - I did restart the device
