Auto enlist fail

My ally has been auto enlisted for 2 BGs for a long time now but the current war this season (war 3) the system enlisted us for 3 BGs. What can be done about this? We will 100% lose this war given we have a whole bg with no defenders.

We are basically being penalized for using the system kabamm has in place.
