A consideration that you might want to make, based on how fast you acquire 6*/7* champions is: which champs are also available as 7*s? Eg. You may want to have a more varied roster and not rank up Bishop if the odds are not terrible that you pull him as a 7*, which puts him immediately at a R4 level. Also, champs primarily used for utility do not always need the stat increase in health and attack that comes with ranking (which is the primary benefit of ranking up). With no outside info, I would choose Spot. He's super fun.
