Information needed for ticketing

Hi folks,
Whilst I have placed support tickers before there is now a greater need for information, which wasn't needed in the past.
Does anyone have any idea how I can find when I first joined kabam, I am afraid I deleted that email, to be fair it was 6+ years ago.
Does anyone have any other ideas they can share

    You can find the date you first downloaded the game if on iOS by going to the game in the App Store. The date should be close if this is the first account you created.
