Dr Doom probably has the most universal benefit of those 3.

Nimrod would be second - he's obviously brutal against Mutants.

While they are all decent, Doom is just such a powerful force, capable of countering basically every champ in the game. While Nimgod and Domino specialise in certain areas of gameplay, Doom just counters everything
