My Concern About TOS - BAN Multi Device Account

Dear Kabam.
I've heard rumors that they are banning accounts if you enter the game on two different devices.
Obviously I have my account on my cell phone but my father buys the Summoner's Sigil and other offers from his cell phone.
Does he mean that they are going to ban my account when that happens?
And what happens if I change my cell phone for a new one or my father changes his cell phone, will they ban me for this?
I have read the TOs and I know it talks about this to avoid Mercs.
Me and other friends have the same concern, and surely more users of the game have it.
I think that to ban by Mercs you should also take into account the geolocation + device + whatever is done.

Pretty sure they already do that, as long as it's you playing the game you can do it on as many devices as you want. I think they only get suspicious if the account is coming from signals in two different states or something. But if it's from two phones coming from the same area and the same apple id I don't think you have anything to worry about

People have been using multiple devices across multiple countries for as long as I can remember here. It's allowed.

Well they're telling you wrong. You can use 2 devices. The problem that could arise is account sharing. If you log in from New York USA and 10 minutes later, log in from Nevada USA, that's going to raise a red flag.

Most likely that's what the ToS is referring to.
