**BANQUET EVENT PSA**
To fully participate in the upcoming Banquet's Alliance Event you will need to be in your alliance for 14 days prior to the event's start date on December 20th. That means, stay in your alliance from December 6th onwards to enjoy all there is to offer in the Banquet event.

This solo event has been fixed and will appear in game again on December 10th and will run through the 17th.

War rewards in the inbox for this most recent war are unclaimable. Hit “claim” and it just refreshes without doing anything. Please fix your game Kabam.

    Check your stash (unless *that* issue is still ongoing), and check for most recent overflow claims (if they were items that would end up going into your stash)

    Sometimes/rarely after claiming from mail (the claim *does* work, and you got the items), the mail msg on occasion will still indicate that the items have not been claimed yet.

    Subsequent “claims” appear to fail, and you can not delete the Mail msgs.

    Answer is probably you did indeed get to claim them the first time, but gets stuck in that rare condition about not clearing them out of the mail msg.
