As title says Recruiting active and communicative people, must have minimum 5 rank 5s to handle higher prestige aq and have decent war attack as well. TBH our alliance has failed a few map 5s lately so as a leader I'm culling a couple that aren't active enough, and I've had to kick a couple of non donators. we are relaxed adults with experience and we don't set paths but actively communicate using line app when we clear someone's node.
We keep ourselves in expert tier but feel that the 5th day of map 5 can cost more resources for some people than it is worth so we have a relaxed day on map 3 (unless we have failed maps during the week) war we run 2bgs first in first served so people can take a break and focus on quests etc if they want. we are usually tier 4 but have had a terrible run since dropping to tier 5 as we didn't switch to diversity (t4 we decided tough defense was better but since dropping to 5 it's definitely not as we keep clearing everything and losing on diversity points) we have one uk bg one North American and one nz/Asia bg
