Question about ranking up

Is there a noticeable difference between R3 and R4 for Herc, Archangelgot my anrchangel anr 112 sigs ) and Cap( at 100sigs) ? They already hit so hard I was wondering if I shouldn’t leave their ranking for later and concentrate on other champs or should I go for it now ? Also hopefully soonish I will be able to get my first cost in R5. Is CGR or Herc the better option ( my seven star are Gamora and Silver and I don’t feel like going with R2 with them )

I'd say go with herc. You can leave him at r4 and go for other options for r5.
