Just Became Uncollected...I don't get the upgraded free and daily crystals.

I became Uncollected just yesterday and I got pretty much all the crystals and rewards you are suppose to get but I did not get the upgraded free and daily. Those crystals are "Conqueror". Another strange thing was I have Cavalier Crystals, but it never said you were supposed to get those crystals at Uncollected. What is going on? Edit: Also, I closed out of the game and reopened it; did not resolve it. Can this be fixed???

This, and as far as the cav crystals go, they made the basics available to uc, and the featured are only for cav+

Existing Free/Daily crystals in you inventory do not get converted to UC ones.
And it might be that the “next” one that is counting down may still be for the former type as well (after you claim the next ones, of each, the ones after that May them be counting down for the UU ones.
*conditioned on also being Level 40.

As for Cav crystals, which one do you mean ?
Cav Objective crystals may be offered in daily objectives based on what the objective is, even if you are only UC (Incursions levels, Labyrinth fights).

Oh...ok. That makes a lot of sense. I am level 39 right now so yeah. Also SummonerNR, I just mean the 3* - 6* Cav crystal. Thank you guys.

And yes, a while back they added UC being able to buy the 3*-6* CAV Crystals for the 200 units to the Crystals Tab.
(besides just the higher priced 300 unit 3*-5* special champ crystals in there too, which seems odd as far as the relative costs being better for the Cav one for UC players)
