In Bgs champs that need ramp up before they start hitting hard, start the the fight ramped up?

Not restricting this to champs that improve as there combo metre ramps up but others that take a couple of fights to unleash their full potential( eg. airwalker,mr sinister etc)

Feel free to go into detail!

    If there was no damage cap I would say Proxima Midnight, her SP2 would instantly kill most defenders.

    getting rid of 10-12 seconds of a fight is kinda big deal

    In the case she would be great with no damage cap, one sp2 is all that's needed.
