Black Cat Sabotage Debuff..Bug?

Faced Black Cat today in AQ Map 8.
She got t0 the point where her Sabotage debuff applied.
In an attempt to keep her at a distance (to avoid failing dex and parry damage) I threw my sp1 with G99.
She dashed in at me right before the last hit of the sp1 and it instant KO'd me during the animation due to an ability failure from sabtoage..mid special!
What ability did she fail?
