When will the AAR immunity bug be fixed?

While using AA i always fail to parry in the VT meta. And in the gauntlet against modok, while already taking massive block damage and disorients. His ability accuracy gets reduced regardless of his immunity. I have already died two times because of this bug. Pls do something Kabam!
