Scorpion doesn't convert Torment Debuffs on Specials

So I was playing scorpion in multiple RoL fights because I was just blatantly bored and realized none of his specials were converting Torments on Charged intercepts, is that a bug or am I missing something?

I'm guessing you threw the special a fraction of a second too late and it counted as an evade and canceled out torments. It happens to me from time to time

Maybe? But it's quite literally constant, like I haven't done a single one correct all day and I'm just playing how I normally do with Scorpion. I have a video but it's pending post permission

When you special i think it converts debuffs that are on the defender to torments instead of when you heavy where it creates new torment debuffs regardless

No it's supposed to create and infact duplicate the new debuffs. But they're no where to be seen.
