Legendary incursions token

OK so I completed the legendary incursions zone 25 and got my token to trade for the legend title, but I can not, for the life of me figure out where to trade it for the Legend title, which I believe was coming out today.

Anybody have any insight into this?
Am I blind and just not seeing it anywhere?

    You trade in the token for the title from Sept 13-20.

    Today/Sept 6 the legendary token trade in for 6* nexus crystals was available.
