Firstly, wow, the first post got a lot of traction, but I am glad that it got the attention that was needed, Kingpin's regen rate being put back to the way it was, how it should be. Mistakes happen, and at least it was owned up to and it was rectified.
Secondly, there is another issue with Kingpin's regen rate. It is stated that while his regen rate is 50% of the standard 100% (as it is for most other champions), it can not be modified by any source other than poison (as written in his abilities). I have discovered another bug, poison is not lowering the regen rate as it normally should, it is being counted as a normal debuff and not applying the 30% reduction to regen rate as poison effects should.
Obviously this isn't something to be desired for the champion, but it's better for it to be known and changed now, than for it to be going on for a while (to be considered the norm) and only changed thereafter and cause more uproar to come alongside it.
So, alongside Kingpin's regeneration rate being put back up to 50%, from 40%, the poison effect reduction needs to be put back.
