Event Side quest glitched

My EQ is messed up, both level 2 and 3 say level 2 when I click on them, is this happening for anyone else? Is this getting fixed?

    We have 9 Tiers, going from Threat 1 to 6, its right, you have to do the hardest one you are capable off, basically, ideally you should do till Tier 8 to unlock Tier 9

    Plenty of posts on this. There are 8 tiers but 4 threat levels.
