Stardust for ascend is loss.

I have not rank5 my 5* in a long while so my 5* Magik who is sig200 has been sitting at rank4 for a long long while (along with other awesome 5* champions) but in my haste.. I used the stardust before Magik reach 5/65 [i thought she was already maxed - I have all the iso] I think I was @ 63 or 64 when i tried use the stardust.. after checking my account Magik still normal pre-ascend state, i tried to ascend her but stardust is gone.. can you help a summoner out.. thanks.

I already submitted a ticket to kabam support.. just wondering if anyone made the same blunder.
