    Kp really needs the dupe and sigs hulkling not so much so. I have both at r5 max sig and both are fantastic but with out the dupe I do hulkling

    He was but hes still decent. Id say rank up abs man instead.

    He is still a powerhouse. Champions like photon get utterly destroyed by him because he can take advantage of their bleed immunity to deliver over 100k damage sp1s. My Zemo was also putting up very good numbers in the protection meta because protection purifies all the bleeds off the opponent and you can use your furies to deliver massive damage to the enemy.
