Cap enlistment alliance quest event

Hey buddies.. this is ma first post.. previously in our alliance around 4-5 people would participate in AQ and most times.. had to spend units.. just to reach boss.. due to shortage of energy.. while i really felt bad..cause.. no members would even help with energy.. but now.. during this event.. all 3 battlegroup have more than 90% exploration.. what score we could reach on day 5, we have almost reached on day 2..now that there are changes that are taking place in Nov with regards to AQ, i really feel that glory as a reward for aq.. should be linked to individual objectives and efforts. I feel this would be really helpful and rewarding players who would put effort.. irrespective of participation from other players. I really don't know if there are any cons to this.. any suggestion welcome
