Missing masteries points

Since the last revision of Act 4 and Act 5, some new players have found that their masteries points have decreased.
Is there any further news on this now?

There have been numerous posts that have “noticed” that already.

Kabam has already said they are looking into HOW they will resolve the missing Mastery Points for people who had done “Completion” but not yet “100% Explore” at the time of Act 4/5 rewards changes.

This has been a thing since the rework lol I’m convinced youre just never gonna get the mastery points

I understood it was being looked into or considered and that things take time however it’s hard to understand why at this point there is no update. Even if the update is that they are still waiting on something to make a final decision. It’s a significant number of points that I was very slowly working towards. Because I didn’t think there was any rush. I’ve got mastery cores just gathering dust…
