I have a feeling this won’t work since it says coldsnap debuff and not passive. Is there any way to test this?

    Update: the coldsnap potency works, not sure on the coldsnap refresh tho

    The refresh ability won't work for Kate. It's great for Elsa and Misty Knight, though. Misty can stack an insane number of Frostbite passives with a double-length Coldsnap.

    When something specifically says “debuff” it will not interact with passives of that same effect. That’s guaranteed to be how it works (unless it’s bugged)
