Tech champ buff not working in bgs

For some reason this isn't working I used Howard the duck and knocked them down with armor breaks active didn't get fury passive or remove prowess used nimmy and not getting fury passives either was also using HTD against mantis and was able to get affected by Ability reduction

    Domino's ability doesn't reduce AA, she fails it. Meaning she wants it to occur so that it fails.
