Lost my legend title

I've purchased 12 hours ago my legend title and put it. When I logged in, my title wasn't there and my profile picture was previous with another title.

How can I put it back?

The only thing that I did when I logged in, that I changed alliance, that's all.

You should probably open a support ticket the forums can't do anything for you.
