Ascend 5* max Nick Fury, or Awaken 6* and take from R1 to R3/R4?
Hey y'all, looking for a little bit of guidance or recommendation.
I've had a 5* max leveled Nick Fury for a while now and still use him in content (like in Tier 8 of this months SQ). I recently acquired a 6* Fury. Now I know he's one of the best champs in the game and certainly one of the best Skills. But I am a "Baby Paragon", I only have three R4 champs currently (Doom, Scorpion, Herc), and I do not have a surplus of materials (T5 basics, gold, etc) to be constantly ranking up champions.
Do I put a gem in my 6* and rank him up to (at least) R3, using a bunch of resources? Or should I just ascend my 5*, and use a Gem on Kingpin (currently at R3) and maybe take him up to R4? I'm also (im)patiently waiting to pull Kate Bishop because I'd like to immediately take her to at least R3.
