Why did the energy total hold go from 20 to 10 (for max refill)

It's never been 20.

What did it use to be, I have the monthly sigil and I know it was higher then 10

As far as i can recall, it has always been 25 of the little ones and 10 of the full refills, with or without the Sigil.

Small? I think it's average-sized. Above average even. Definitely has a good personality

I also have the sigil... it's always been 10.
