How does it work when you only run one BG?

We typically run 3 during season, but only run one off season.

    You can set up your defense for the next war while the current war is ongoing. People not in the next war will need to remove their defenders and leave the bg, officers can’t pull them out.

    So is it defaulted to BG1?

    How not user friendly. That's a pretty lame way to have to deal with things.
