How does idioms prowess removal work

I’m confused with the text in his kit why isn’t he removing BGS prowess?

    He needs them to gain 2 prowess in one instance. So bishop, kitty sometimes, etc

    Because of the personal prowess of Sauron and from the BG node triggering at the same time sometimes when repeating the same attack.

    Passive stuns apply 2 prowess, so if you heavy with iDoom you should convert them
