Glance vs Ability reduction immunity bug

Glance, as we all know, makes the hit not able to crit, reduce damage in half, and reduce offensive ability accuracy by 100%

Some champions are immune to ability accuracy modifications, such as archangel, old man logan, mysterio, etc.

So is it a bug if mysterio cannot place heal block on opponent, or not gain gas when is combo ender is glanced?

It’s not intended is it?

Glancing is a mechanic that has been bugged pretty much since it was introduced. It seems to override nearly every mechanic in the game even when it shouldn’t. Kabam refuses to make comments on it.
