Unit store purchase limit counter problem

In the unit store, the counter that limits a purchase decreases even if the credit card payment was declined. Several of the promotional unit packs have disappeared now even if I didn't as many times as the counter said

    Hey again -

    When you close out of the app entirely and reopen it, does the counter still show the incorrect number?

    @Kabam Vydious They don't show the correct counter and disappeared ones don't reappear as well.
