Compensation for act 4 completion

Hello, I completed act 4 in the “last 90 days” before the reward updates that people were talking about, but i hadn’t explored it yet. I have since explored, but i still haven’t got the mastery points that I originally would have done it for. Can anyone tell me if they forgot about people like me, who only completed and not explored before the update, or they still haven’t made the compensations? Thanks.
