Not getting TB rewards

Can anyone help, I've been TB for almost 2 months now and I'm still getting cavalier objective crystals. I'm also still get 4*-5* as my day 25 login crystal. I don't know what the problem is

There is nothing higher than a cavalier objective crystal.

You need to be paragon to get the 5*-6* login crystal.
