Missing gifting crystals

I’ve been claiming crystals gifted to me by my alliance mates but then they disappear. I’ve logged out and back in and restarted the game multiple times. I’m missing at least 4 crystals this way. Anyone else having this problem? I see people having problems with the login calendar. Unfortunately, I don’t have screenshots from claiming the crystal in the social tab.
