AW not giving perfect diversity

I noticed that my ally didn't have perfect diversity this last war supposedly. I went and looked at bg3 since it showed they had a 49/50 for diversity. There are no double defenders and everyone is placed..so is there anything else that would cause this? If not..how do I report this?

Honestly I'm not sure, it could be a bug because there aren't any duplicate defenders I see either, and everything seems to hit the reqs for good diversity.

Past couple wars the defenders keep being removed, it's really annoying

are different people having defenders placed differently on the lower or higher map?
that could be causing the issue.
i know if a defender is placed on a lower map they are then locked out from being used in attack as they are on defence even tho they are not actually being used.
