Blade not gaining power on bleeds

Is anyone else seeing this? I really hope its fixed for the new event. Using Blade not seeing the power raise with bleeds. I tried it in E and AQ so far

I use him in AQ all the time - he's gaining power fine, there.

So he's gaining power constantly just while the opponent is bleeding for you? Not regular power while hitting or being hit.

Remember he needs to be nearby the opponent when they’re bleeding

Gaining power when he's near a bleeding opponent - yes
Gaining power when his SP2 inflicts a bleed - yes

I'm really not seeing a problem. He does need to be close to the Opponent, though - within striking distance.

I was using Black Cat in TB 3.1 against doom and not a single bleed debuff was applied to him I was like he must have had too many cats scratch him in order to build immunity against them rendering my black cat useless lol.

When close to him he has a blood circle around him...that's how you know you're gaining power.

I mean when Blade is close to a bleeding opponent you see the blood circle around his feet specifically.

I use him constantly in story/EQ and he’s been working fine for me. It must be a node you’re fighting against or you’re not in proximity like the others have mentioned.
