Cap's Event till 11th? Anyone else received that email?

So with the event mails just got a Cap's one that talk about it ending on October 11th, did I miss something?

They are referring to the gifting event.

Battlegrounds doesn't conclude season until Oct. 11, and that's one of the events you can get points in if you haven't been chasing those solo objectives. I know I'm now two wins away from the last solo objective for that.

Yeah thats the thing, I dont have the Event itself in my Solo stuff, so maybe its what @Lokx stated, its just about the gifting thing
