Alliance quest glitches

When I attempt to go and do AQ the map is not loading. I need to back out and try again. So far it has worked but this is annoying as it is yet another game issue.

This was not an isolated incident. Every time I tried I would have to blackout and try again. The screen shows my screen name but is otherwise blacked-out.
