Am I Crazy Or Are War Tags Messed Up?

Noticed that Hulk on Defense is no longer listed as a tactic defender.
When I went to pick my War Team I noticed that Titania is now listed as a Tactic Attacker and I think Cap IW is missing?
Is this intentional or is this another series of bugs with the new update going live today?
Added a photo of who was previously (And I believe correctly) was working as attackers and defenders
