Titan crystal pool question

When Titan crystals were introduced, it was stated as 18 champions with three pools of 6: First time 7-stars, Community vote, and New champions.
We just had the first 6 champions moving out into the basic, and a new 6 champions enter.
The 6 champions that left were part of the 'First time 7-stars pool.

The current pool is:

Shang-Chi, Spot, Juggernaut, Knull, Warlock, Colossus. [Community vote; entering basic in Dec]
Crossbones, Silk, Kindred, Hyperion, Lady Deathstrike, Dani Moonstar [New champion pool; entering basic in Feb]
Jabari, Photon, Vox, Gladiator, Iron Man, Spider-Ham [New champion pool; entering basic in April]

Will the same basic categories of pools be used going forward? If so, does that mean we can expect a Community vote again in December?

What has been stated on live streams is that after the first few groups, future groups will consist of 4 newly released champions and 2 older champions - as seen in this current group that entered (counting IM as one of the “new” champions along with Gladiator, Vox and Photon).

Agree, every 2 months means that there would be (in most months) 2 new ones per month released into game. So 4 new champs into Titan, plus 2 others, to become the next set of 6 champs added to Titan every 2 months.

Initially, needed to start out a Titan with some larger collection, so they included a Vote for one subset of them.
