LEGION Awakened VS Unawakened

Has the idea of having a champion being used differently through awakening been suggested?
Concept: LEGION
The champion would have a certain set of abilities unawakened VS awakened, however balanced to be viable either way. This would allow players to choose how they want to use the champion to a higher degree.
Unawakened:
Telekinesis & Psychokinesis (Reverse Controls type abilities, maybe force fields like Sue Storm)
Stun & Stun Immunity
Pyrokinesis & Incinerate Immunity (Similar stuff to Torch)
Gravity Control (Thinking traps like Kraven that play more into stun / Quake like effects)
Awakened:
Acid Spit & Poision Immunity (Man-Thing & Ibom)
Werewolf (Activation on death, like cocoon for adam but turn into a wolf briefly (seconds) then heal 30-50% of health).
Teleportation & Duplication (Similar to Nightcrawler, maybe sp2 looks as though duplications are punching outward).
Strength & Armor (Hulk like furies, armor break immunity)
Obviously these can all be twisted and turned to suit and balance properly. But the main idea is that the champion can be kept unawakened for specific use and players can choose to awaken if they want to use in another way. Leaves something to work towards with the champion as well if wanted.
But there is no going back. (Not sure how to work around this when opening crystals other than potentially giving people the option to decide if they want to awaken or not, but both awakened or unawakened have 0/200 to feed into that grant them another ability).
Also just like LEGION as a champion and would be cool to have a chaotic unpredictable champion to play hence the wide array of abilities.
