Battleground Incorrect matchup

in Bugs and Known Issues
Did someone faced or seen issue? I was in diamond 1 and my match was with Vibranium 3. Is this correct? As I lost my winning track.

    Normal to match one tier up when matchmaker can't find players at your tier.
