New skilled alliance looking to focus on AW. Need bodies!

Howdy,
We're a group of guys that have been playing together for a few years now. Recently we decided to start up an alliance due to not being able to find a right fit anywhere else. We will be focusing on AW more so than AQ due to 5* shards being the new ultimate prize (in our eyes). Most of us have T4CC expiring every week in our stashes so we are quitting the map 6 grind and strictly doing 5x5.
All of us are extremely skilled, we are use to T1 in AW as well as that is the goal right now to get to. Our combined prestige is 5250 but we're not emphasizing too much on the prestige end. More so your AW defense as well as your skill.
A few extras
-No minimums in events, just do your part. (For the exception of arena based events, half of us don't grind).

The only downfall is that the highest alliance tag we could come across was 1,100 war rating. It's better than starting from the bottom but we'll climb in no time.
