If Gambit has prowess from the node (when applying debuffs, like parry) when he loses his 10 personal prowess (from 10 kinetic charges), he is then unable to gain kinetic charges for the rest of the fight.
Next fight he's fine, he can gain his kinetic charges until you reproduce the same bug above by parrying and getting a prowess just before your personal prowess expire
